Hosting and Maintenance

Services Provided:

WallabyWeb agrees to provide the following hosting and maintenance services to the Client:

• 1. Website Hosting: Reliable website hosting designed to maximise uptime.
• 2. Latest Security Updates: Regular updates to ensure the website is protected with the latest security patches.
• 3. SSL Protection: Implementation and maintenance of SSL certificates to ensure secure data transmission.
• 4. Monthly Backup: Regular monthly backups of the website to prevent data loss.

Client Responsibilities:

The Client agrees to provide all necessary access, information and cooperation required for WallabyWeb to perform the services.

Revisions and Requests:

The Client is entitled to 3 basic requests each month. Basic requests are defined as requests that take the Service Provider less than an hour to implement. Revisions beyond this scope will be charged at $37/hour.

Ownership and Rights:

The Client retains ownership of the website and all associated content. WallabyWeb retains the right to use the completed work in their portfolio.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. If terminated, WallabyWeb will complete the current billing cycle, and the Client will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to and including the completion of that cycle.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
